Cymbidium orchids are our most important floral crop.  Here is one of our first bloom seedlings, now being evaluated as a potential cut flower variety.

This is one of our finest early season reds - fragrant, long lasting, large and richly colored.  An exclusive offering of Flowers by the Sea, this is 'Marian's Red'.

Long overlooked by hybridizers, Coral Sea 'Triumph is a fundamental part of our cut flower breeding.  It has a color unlike any other Cymbidium, and you could drive nails with the flower spikes.
Test your Cymbidium knowledge.  Do you know the name of this famous flower?  Clues?  It lasts for 8 weeks as a cut flower.  It was named after a second generation Japanese gardener in West Los Angeles, California.  Email info@fbts for the answer (or more clues!).
Named by miniature Cymbidium breeder Paul Miller of Malibu, California for his ex-Zigfield Follies showgirl wife, this stunning flower is Showgirl 'Marian Miller".  We love to use this as a cut flower, as the soft tones seem to fit almost every decor.
