Testimonials
I just love the Divine Sages from FBTS - great quality and prince. The Luna variety is my favorite and I have just ordered my second one! Thank you for carrying this amazing entheogen from the Salvia family.
Joe

I was ecstatic last month when I found this nursery while searching for information on Canary Island Sage.

Then, when I discovered that they had Salvia azurea, I just knew that I had to order some things.

All told, I ended up ordering 7 plants the week before a big Salvia conference. When they got back, we sorted out shipping everything in one box.

It arrived two days later, which happened to be my birthday. The carefully wrapped plants turned out to be my favorite presents!

All of the plants sprang to life within 24 hours, and one (Salvia arizonica) is already blooming vigorously while two (Salvia leucophylla Pt. Sal, Salvia dominica) look to bloom any day now.

As an incense maker, I eagerly look forward to all of them prospering, which looks to be in very short order, indeed.

Salvia patens 'Patio Rose'

Salvia patens 'Patio Rose'

(Patio Rose Gentian Sage) Patio Rose is a lovely, dwarf variety of Salvia patens from Holland. It needs partial shade and is perfect for containers. The rose-colored flowers are larger than those of other Gentian Sages.

Part of a series for small gardens along with deep blue and sky blue varieties, Patio Rose is compact, long blooming and easy to grow. It is a perennial, yet so pretty that it is worth growing as a summer bedding plant in colder zones. British horticulturist Graham Stuart Thomas called Salvia patens "the BEST plant in cultivation."

Although small, Patio Rose has bigger flowers than standard-sized members of the species and blooms from summer into fall. Put it together with other varieties in its series as edging, borders and container plants.

We highly recommend this variety as do hummingbirds and butterflies! Deer disagree.
