Never have gotten a delivery so quickly of mail-order plants and what's more, the plants were superior in quality to anything I've seen before. We have great nurseries in Berkeley and nearby but I must say, these were spectacular!

I love you guys--the S. macrophylla started blooming flowers a few days after it arrived and so are the canariensis and radula that I ordered earlier in the month. They are absolutely gorgeous and I have no doubt they will thrive once planted in the ground. Thank you thank you!

I also wrote a yelp review to help get your site out there :-)

Salvia univerticilata
(Blood Red Mexican Sage) Deep red flowers on unusual, single whorls are eye-catchingly bright to both gardeners and hummingbirds. Blooming year round in mild climates, this Sage from Chiapas, Mexico is very happy to show off in partial shade.

A cloud forest native, give this beauty rich soil and ample water for maximum growth.  It does well in large containers, where it spills over the edges and forms a lovely mound.

The floral clusters of this plant are unique to the genus.  The heavily veined and textured leaves are almost round, and have a pungent odor when brushed. Once confused with Salvia pulchella, this is the true species as displayed in the San Francisco Botanical Gardens.

Salvia glechomifolia Salvia glechomifolia

(Ground Ivy Sage) A native to the high mountains of Central Mexico, this plant's common name comes from the shape of the leaves, which resemble the common Ground Ivy or Glechoma. The small leaves on wiry stems sprawl about gracefully. Violet blue flowers with two prominent bee lines are nicely displayed on foot tall stems. This is a perfect small scale ground cover Salvia.

Salvia involucrata 'Hadspen' Salvia involucrata 'Hadspen'

(Hadspen Roseleaf Sage)  One of our very favorite plants. It starts flowering in August, and continues - more and more spectacular every day - until cut down to the ground by a hard frost.
