I received my four plants today (that was really fast shipping.) I have been really excited about receiving these. Knowing there are a lot of fraud websites out there, it's hard not to be the least bit skeptical when ordering online. Someone I met online had purchased some plants from here too so I trusted my gut and went ahead. For a second I thought they might not come at all, or they wouldn't be healthy. When I opened all the plants I was amazed!

They were definitely not amateur. All were bushy and pinched, like promised. Of course they're a little bent from being sent, which will go away soon, not a problem! You really went above and beyond.

Thank you for these wonderful plants, I couldn't be happier. Cheap and worth every penny. I plant to keep them forever (pun intended.) Have a nice day.
JJ

This is my second year ordering from this fine nursery. The plants are large and healthy, and the choices are spectacular! They were very well packed and shipping was very quick.

Salvia fulgens
(Cardinal Sage) Aptly named for its bright cardinal red two inch flowers that glisten in the Autumn sun, this is another Salvia whose nomenclature is in dispute. Is it S. fulgens, S. cardinalis or S. fulgens var. cardinalis? In any case, it is a very fine late blooming Sage.

From high elevations (up to 11,000 feet) in Central Mexico, this plant is a shrub in Zones 8 & 9, a herbaceous perennial in Zone 7.  Plant it in a warm spot with fertile well-drained soil, and you will be rewarded with a very fine display from September through heavy frosts - into February in some years for us.

Highly recommended.

(Cabrillo Sunset Sage) This hybrid of Salvia macellaria and D'Arcy's Sage (Salvia darcyi) is a Summer through Fall bloomer selected by Kathe Navarez in 1999. It has very large coral red flowers in spectacular abundance, much to the delight of gardeners and hummingbirds alike. From Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, its "sunset" colors are most attractive and the plant is strong and grows well.
